Job title: Creative Marketing Specialist

Summary:
The Creative Marketing Specialist position is a Hybrid position that is ideal for a passionate, highly creative professional with a strong design background and experience in marketing communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, sales teams, and leadership to create engaging, brand-consistent marketing materials that showcase our products and services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing & Design
- Conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, technical data sheets, infographics, digital ads, email templates, handouts, presentations and more.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials while enhancing the company’s overall visual identity.
- Develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms that aligns with Riteks’ brand and messaging.
- Utilize Canva as the primary design tool for creating high-quality marketing assets. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Support website content updates by creating graphics, banners, and marketing visuals to enhance digital presence.
- Basic animation experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator and sales teams to translate technical concepts into visually appealing and easily digestible marketing materials.
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop video content, product highlight features, and promotional materials to support brand storytelling.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends to ensure Riteks’ branding and marketing materials remain fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Trade Shows & Event Marketing
- Assist in the design, development, and organization of trade show materials, including booth displays, banners, and promotional handouts.
- Work with the sales team to create compelling event-based marketing materials that enhance customer engagement.

Education/Experience:
- College degree in a Marketing related field is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, design, or branding (preferably in a corporate or industrial setting).
Additional skills required:
- Proficiency in Canva is required. MS suite and Adobe Acrobat experience is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Experience in trade show marketing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic AI digital marketing tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with professionalism.
